Broadband | Set up your discount

If you have one of our Broadband, Wireless or Rural Broadband plans along with an eligible Pay Monthly account you're entitled to a $10 discount on your Broadband plan.

Your discount will be applied within 3 days and show on future broadband bills.

What you'll need

  • Your My One NZ or Customer Zone login details
  • Your Mobile number
  • Which One NZ Bank Account appears on your invoice

 

Steps

One NZ A

  • Register your eligible broadband account with your eligible mobile account with us by contacting our live chat team . We will apply a $10 discount to your Broadband account.

One NZ B

  1. Sign in to My One NZ , selecting Internet & landline

  2. Click Manage service.

  3. Click Manage On Account mobile discount.

  4. In the On Account Phone Number field, enter your mobile number.

  5. Click Check your number.

  6. In the Validation Code field, enter the numerical code you received in the TXT and click Validate Now.

Your screen will then update to show On Account mobile discount as Eligible.

One NZ C

  1. Sign in to Customer Zone  
  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
  3. Click on Add/Update Monthly On Account Mobile Discount.

  4. Select which Broadband plan you have (Standard means you have a home phone with your broadband, Naked means broadband only).
  5. Click on Next.

  6. Enter your mobile number and click Check your number.

  7. You will be sent a TXT with a validation code.
  8. Enter that code into box labelled Validation Code.
  9. Click on Next.
  10. Read and tick that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  11. Click Submit.
