The most common questions and answers for the MyBusiness service for advanced reporting and invoice analysis of your company's call usage (both mobile and landline).

Log into MyBusiness

  1. Go to https://businessportal.one.nz
  2. Enter your User login and Password
  3. Click Log in

Forgotten your password?

Your password is managed through the Business Self Service Portal (Salesforce Communities) - to reset your password, click the forgot your password link on the login page.

How often does my data get updated?

Billing information is posted to the service once per month, shortly after your billing date.

Can I view more than the first 1,000 rows in a report?

Due to the length of detailed reports and web browser limitations, you can only view the first 1,000 rows online.

To view more records, download the entire report and process through the spreadsheet tool of your choosing. You can download your data in a .CSV format for processing or PDF for simple viewing.

To download a report, click on the ORDER link and tick the box next to 'Override record setting' in report to include all available records.

Can I change the graph type?

Yes, you can switch the graph types using the 3 graph types available in the system: Bar, Line or Pie. You can switch between table and graph view online also.

Can I view multiple statements at once?

Yes, you can see all of your invoices for that one month at one time by

  1. Select ALL in the Group dropdown
  2. Click VIEW button
  3. Select the check box
  4. Click VIEW STATEMENT

How do I see my Fixed Line and Broadband Invoices?

Your Fixed Line and Broadband invoices will appear under your statement automatically after the invoice date. You will be able to identify your Fixed Line and Broadband invoice by  the "source" identifier in the statement list.

Fixed Line and Broadband invoice will be marked as "Fixed" Mobile invoice will be marked as "Mobile"

Please contact your AM/BAM or call 888 if you still can not see your Fixed Line and Broadband invoice after your invoice date.

How do I see my pending reports?

Pending reports are presented separately, depending on whether they are summary or detail reports. If the pending report is a Summary one, click on the Summary button, then click on View Order status and then on Pending Orders. If you want to see completed reports, click on Completed Orders.

You can also see how much storage space you've used and how many reports you have stored.

How can I change the connection name in my reports?

You can change your connection name through My One NZ:

  • Go to one.nz
  • Click "Sign In to My One NZ" button on the top right hand corner of the page - the little man icon
  • You need to sign in to  MOBILE to change the connection name in your mobile invoice, or sign in to INTERNET & LANDLINE to change connection name in your Fixed Line and Broadband invoice.

To change the Mobile Connection name:

  1. Go to "Edit User Detail" link under the "Connections" menu
  2. select the connection name you would like to update
  3. update connection name and click save.
  4. The new connection name will appear on your next invoice.

To change the Fixed Line and Broadband connection name:

  1. Go to the "Change Login Label" under "Internet" menu
  2. Select the connection name you would like to update
  3. Update the connection name and click save
  4. The new connection name will appear on your next invoice.
