Part-month charges on your bill

A part-month charge may appear on your bill if you're a new customer or an existing customer who has changed plans part-way through your billing cycle.

So your bill may include a part-month charge from the date that you connected to your new plan through to the end of the billing month, plus a full month in advance.

After you receive your first bill, you will be charged one month in advance like normal.
